Q2. How do I check if my order is confirmed or not?
Please check your email. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is confirmed. Please check your mailbox.
Q3. I want to cancel my order, what should i do?
Please email us at email@example.com to cancel the order and we’ll do it for you. Please do mention your Order ID. However, your order cannot be cancelled if it has already been shipped and has not been delivered to you yet…
Q4. How do I know that my online purchase is secure?
We use SSL certificates and a PCI compliant gateway for our electronic commerce transactions.
Q6. In which countries do you deliver?
Currently we only deliver shoes to India. However, very soon we plan our shipping to most countries in Asia, Europe & USA. The list of countries served can be viewed here. We regret if your country is not listed here. But we promise to deliver shoes there very soon and will update you when we go live in your country.
Q7. Is there any chance of the shoes getting damaged during transit?
No, our shoe box is put inside a courier box before shipping as an additional safety precaution.
Q8. Does your list price include TAX’s?
Yes. This includes shipping and taxes for all domestic (within India) orders.
Q9. Do you provide a Cash-on-Delivery (COD)/Pay-on-Delivery (POD) facility?
Yes, the COD/POD facility is available.
Q10. How do you place a bulk order?
Our rates are already well below your retail showroom prices. So we normally can’t offer you a discount. But if your order is really large (we determine if it is large enough!), maybe we can do a little something there.
Q1. How long will my shipment take to get to me?
All our shoes take 2-3 days from the date of dispatch. We have partnered with FedEx and Delivery to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
Q2. How do you ship the products?
We ship your shoes via DHL/Blue-Dart/FedEx. You can track your order status on the Order page.
Note: – Shipping varies from country to country. We suggest having a look at the shipping charges for your destination on your shipping page. Our shipping charges cover the import duties.
Q3. What are your shipping charges?
Within India, shipping costs and taxes are covered within the stated price. For International, we charge a flat 3000 INR per pair of shoes.
Q4. It’s been more than 2 weeks and hasn’t received my shoes?
Firstly, we are sorry to know this. We have a small team delicately crafting your shoes. We have been bombarded with a whole lot of orders given our maniacal focus to Quality and Finish. Please email us with the order ID at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall update you on the exact status.

Q1. Do you follow US, EURO and UK/IN shoe fitting?

All of our styles come in standard and wide fitting.
Q3. What sizes do you offer?
All sizes are available in standard and wide Bodega Size/US/UK/Euro sizing.
Q4. How do I know which size fits me?
- a) We suggest you refer to your best fitted shoe and see the UK/IN/EU/US size. Please suggest the name of the brand and your size in that brand. We match our database and suggest the corresponding best fit Bodega size. Our sizing corresponds to UK/IN/EU/US standards. Please see our size chart please …
Returning & Refund Process:-
Q1. Can I return the shoes if I do not like them?
If the shoes you designed do not fit or are not of your liking, you can return them in an unwoven condition within 7 days of receipt for a remake. Shoes must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, accessories and documents provided by us.
Note: – Bodega reserves the right to refuse the return of shoes that do not meet the above requirement at Bodega’s sole discretion.
Q2. How to return a shoe?
Please contact our customer executive or write directly to us at email@example.com. Please do provide us with the reason for the return. We offer a pick-up facility at a selected location based on our courier serviceability. If the pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.
The product would be considered faulty if received damaged.

REFUND TO RETURN SHOES:-
We do not have a refund policy as the shoe has been personalized for you. However, we would be happy to remake the shoe or refund your money to your Bodega account.
Q3. Who bears the return shipping cost?
Return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer & is not refundable by us. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Q4. Can I get a refund for my product?
Unfortunately we don’t refund for the product since the product is personalized for you. However, in case of any manufacturing defect, we will remake the shoe or credit the amount to your Bodega account.

Q1. My shoes are a little tight, what should I do?
If your shoe is a little tight, we suggest you stretch it a few times to make them wear quickly. Leather shoes can easily be stretched by half a size.
Note: – Leather is a natural material. It takes the shape of the foot upon regular wearing. Leather is a natural property of expansion to adjust to your foot shape.
Q2. My shoes are a little loose, what should I do?
We can ship you an extra sole insert upon placing a request. Inserting an extra sole insert would help provide better fitness and extra comfort.
Q3. What if the shoe gives me blisters?
Ouch! The first wear shoe rubbing foot blister doesn’t discriminate, be it men’s or women, oxfords or pumps.
Leather is a natural material, it sometimes takes a day or two with your feet to take shape and make you feel comfortable.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Bodega shoes as accurately as possible.
However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be completely accurate.
Q1. What material options are available?
We offer a wide variety of leather – Soft leather, Patent leather, Suede, Natural grained, hand-woven soft mesh. For more info please refer to our Material page. All our leather is sourced from the best tanneries globally
Please note that the materials are tanned in small batches under high care and are subject to availability and timely delivery from global tanneries.
Q2. How is the quality of leather used?
We boast the most highly sought-after leather in the world including Italian calf, French calf, Outsole from Argentina, suede from Mexico, Cordovan from Horsemen.
Tanned in the best tanneries globally, all our leathers are skin friendly, underpinning the exceptional characteristics of our first-class shoes. A fashionable appearance, great touch feels & durability is guaranteed.
Q3. What products are apt for soft leather, patent leather and suede etc.?

Q4. What is a tunit sole?
TUNIT is a unique rubber material. It’s the best alternative to leather sole and is almost identical. It possesses the characteristics of flexibility, workability, abrasion resistance and impermeability to guarantee PERFORMANCES sometimes even higher than natural leather. The advantage is that it costs less. Hence our shoes based on Tunit soles are priced less than shoes based on leather soles.
Your creation was individually made by our highly skilled craftsmen, using only the finest carefully selected materials. Premium hides reflect the natural state of leather because they are made according to traditional principles. As a result, characteristics such as creases, imperfections, variations or irregularities in color are not flaws; they are fundamental aspects of the natural state of leather.
